Payment must be recieved within 3 days after the end of the auction unless special arrangements have been made. We accept Paypal and credit cards. In the case that a buyer wants to void the legal contract that was signed when making the purchase from Raw Tech World, Inc Online, a fee of $10 or 15% of the total purchase (whichever is greater) will be accessed in order to end the legal contract on good terms. If the buyer refuses to pay this fee and will not pay for the item that they legally agreed to purchase; an Unpaid Item Dispute will be filed with Ebay against the buyer. Florida residents will be charged 7% sales tax. All international purchases will be responsible for paying duty or customs charges upon delivery. We accept and prefer PayPal. We also accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover on our secure web server.

We will ship your item out within 2-3 business days after payment has cleared. Packages are shipped Monday-Friday before 9am, excluding holidays. Once item is shipped we are not responsible for the item or the time it takes to arrive at buyers location. It is the customers responsiblity to contact UPS/USPS if there is a problem, however we will do our best to help you. We encourage you to purchase insurance to cover the cost of your item if it is not included in the auction. If you select UPS as your shipper, please provide a street address for shipment. UPS will not ship to a PO Box. If you give me a PO Box and choose UPS, I will send you one request via email for a street address. If I do not hear back from you within 24 hours, your package will be processed and shipped via USPS Parcel Post which can take between 2-9 days for delivery.

When returning an item, please make sure to use all the original packaging wherein the shipment has come to you, with all accessories and owners manual. Do not write, stick or glue anything on the product package that can damage the package. You can include a separate letter to explain your returning reason with a reference to the RMA number.
