1.) I make the honest attempt to make and maintain communication. If I sell something to you, I will send you e-mail to your e-mail address that you registered w/ eBay. I will also maintain contact until you receive your item. 2.) Feedback is rather important on eBay. I will leave feedback and I expect the same. If you experience troubles with a transaction with me, I will be more than willing to try to help you out. This avoids the immaturity of leaving negative feedback due to something trivial or stupid for the both of us. 3.) I am human. I strive to go by my word and ship as soon as payment is received, e-mail you back if you have questions or comments, and whatnot. However, there are things that are out of my control, like ice storms that prevent shipping within 24 hours, or the fact that I work and can't respond to e-mails within the hour, etc. Please take into consideration that I have the capabilities and manpower of just one person: me.

Have confidence. Not everyone is out to screw the average consumer. I am definitely not one to be out to screw anyone else, because I also buy things on eBay and I don't like to be screwed. You are buying and/or selling to a human being, not a business. Take confidence that you will be dealing with an individual person and not a representative.
