We ship most items within 48 hours after payment is received or within 3 business days at most. We only ship to confirmed PayPal addresses and can not ship to P.O. boxes.

Defective items can be returned within (14) days for an exchange of same item. You must have a Return Authorization Number prior to returning any item in order to assure a smooth exchange and to get free return shipping. Returns MUST have all accessories and original packaging in order for you to receive an exchange. Once the item is received and found to be faulty due to manufacturing you will receive the new item shipped back at no expense.
