Besides selling on eBay, we travel to many shows, both large and small, and display everything we have to offer at our booth, as well as discover uptapped talent! We are always working on new ways to promote our bands, and because we truly do love the Underground, we distribute some of the rarest stuff you'll ever come across, along with some of your all-time favorites! We are also perfectionists by nature, so we're pretty anal when it comes to making sure our customers are always happy.

Every CD, DVD, Video Game and Book is wrapped in a layer of bubble wrap, then packaged in a customized, snug-fitting manila envelope, sealed with clear tape (and it's the pricey stuff, too, to make sure it sticks!). We even go so far as to cover the label in extra tape, just to prevent the label from becoming unreadable. T-shirts are shipped in a large manila envelope and sealed with the good tape as well. Multiple orders are packed as tightly and as small as possible. Also: everything we sell is kept clean and in excellent condition, either wrapped or stowed in bins, be it new or used. This ain't no seedy thrift store or yard sale! Therefore, because we invest in quality packing materials and customize each packing job, we are doing the best we can to make sure your order arrives in the same condition it leaves our office. We don't skimp on anything around here, so if your order doesn't arrive like this, then someone opened your order and repackaged it before it arrived to you.
