I have always enjoyed writing. My writing skills are far better than my speaking skills. In front of a crowd I do not feel comfortable. I guess a bit of stage fright.

I will usually charge actual shipping charges. A few times I have overcharged by a few cents and there have been times I really undercharged also. But I usually just estimate shipping unless I get the actual set amount.

I really do not like returns,but if it makes a customer happy.then so be it. If I messed up on the description then returns are ok. I will usually work things out with people.As long as they give me a chance to make things right. Some people you just cannot please. Thank Goodness there are not too many people like that.!!
