I've received my item as described from the listing and it works without issue. The only problem was that, the videocassette tape arrived with a minor crack on both its cover and the tape itself. From my understanding, this "minor crack" NEVER was on the images included with the listing and I'd likely associate that this could be the result of the distribution centers in charge of getting it mailed out to my address.
