I am a grades K-12 Reading Specialist in a suburban school district. I became interested in antiques about 10 years ago. Identifying, researching, buying and selling them now consumes all of the time I have left after my teaching day is over.

My areas of expertise are glass and china. However, I have a considerable base of knowledge about vintage jewelry, buttons, salt and pepper shakers, linens, and some knowledge about most other antiques and collectibles.

I buy tea strainers and vaseline glass, as well as gifts for my son.
