My hubby is an auctioneer. We go to auctions everywhere. I never know what deals he will bring home. He got laid off his daily job and ebay pays alot of our bills. We strive very hard to have great reputation and make our customers want more.

I ship most everything by USPS. Bigger items I send out by UPS usually check for the cheapest route.
Return policy
If not as listed. I'm human sometimes I make mistakes but I will make it right. Buyer pays return shipping, 10% restock fee deducted and after receiving the item and checking, refund money back to paypal. I do everthing possible to make things right with the customer when I'm given the chance.

Feedback is really important to all EBAY sellers. So really put thought in to it before just leaving anything. It can really hurt someones EBAY business. Due to the fact some people are impossible to make happy. I will leave positive feedback after receiving the same. If you have a problem please give me the opportunity to make things right before leaving other feedback. This is very important to me and I will go out of my way to make things right. But as I said before, I have learned the hard way. Some people cannot be pleased or satisfied no matter what you do. They forget we are all human and to err is human. Sometimes I do make mistakes.
