Good overall reference book with exercise, rest and diets tips
A good overall reference for men wishing to improve the look and performance of their bodies. This is useful to beginners through advanced trainers. It has a well-balanced approached to diet, supplements, etc.
It shows and explains many different exercises for each muscle group using free weights, weight machines and no weights.
It has some good recipes.
I would have liked a more specific workout routine for my situation and shopping list for food used in recipes would have be nice. This book is best for those who want to look and feel good, but not really meant for extreme body-building.
