I received this product in 2 parcels NOT in the same delivery. One parcel contained the slide scanner, the 2nd parcel contained a USB video grabber. I initially thought that the incorrect item had been sent as it did not look like the description in the order and I notified the supplier of this. Apologies for any inconvenience. If splitting a product into 2 parcels it would be advisable to notify the customer to this fact. Roger Rees
