I AM VERY FAIR. I try to describe my items in detail so their is no misunderstanding. The only NEGATIVE feedback I have received is from someone who was upset that their item was wrinkled!!! Yes, really. I am not perfect and sometimes make mistakes!! Please understand!! I have mailed the wrong item to a buyer twice and it takes time to get the item back from the wrong person and get it to the right person. My ONLY neutral feedback was for that very reason. I prefer to work with buyers who are willing to understand those types of situations.

I ship very quickly and most of my items are shipped in a Manila envelope reinforced with tape. It makes the items as light as possible so shipping is cheaper for the buyer. I do not make much on shipping and try to calculate correctly. I dont put a separate handling charge, so understand if your shipping is a bit more than the actual cost, it pays for my envelopes tape, paper, ink ect.

I am always willing to refund an item, although I list my items as no refunds.
