I ONLY accept PAYPAL. This is the safest way to complete the transaction for both of us. Please remember that Paypal charges me a fee for each payment I receive. 30 cents for the transaction and a percentage of the total amount. This includes the shipping fee that you pay. They take a percent of that too.

I ONLY ship within the United States. International Shipping is extremely expensive and PAYPAL shipping is very limited on the services sellers can use. Please dont email me and ask me to because I will have to say No. I am not a business. 2 of my children and I are the only ones doing these auctions. Remember shipping costs are not just the cost the Post Office charges to send the items. It also includes the cost of materials, packing supplies, and handling. I try to be fair when charging shipping fees and some people like to give unfair feedback or DSR rating because they dont like the shipping cost, which is stated in the auction BEFORE they even bid. This is NOT Fair. I do combine shipping on MOST items. See each auction for details. Paypal uses RETAIL SHIPPING CHARGES. First Class mail letter 1oz is 41 cents, First class RETAIL mail (anything other than a piece of paper) 1oz envelope is $1.35. So as you can see it is more costly than regular mail. Paypal doesn't give us a choice

If you are unhappy with your item and would like to return it Please contact me 1st so I can give you instructions. Once I receive the item, I will gladly refund the Full purchase price of your item. I do not refund ANY shipping charges, as these are charges already used and are not refundable. I also do not refund any shipping charges that you incur for returning the item to me. Please understand that I try to do my best to describe the item exactly as it is but I'm not perfect and mistakes do happen. I would NEVER be dishonest or try to deceive you by stating an item is something its not. I generally do NOT open brand new items that I have personally bought from a store. Please dont hold it against me if for some reason someone else returned it to the store and I was unaware. If it is sealed or taped up I dont open it. You still can return it for a refund but please dont leave negative or neutral feedback/DSR solely based on that. I try hard to describe things EXACTLY as I see them.
