1. General Returns a. Items must have return instructions and a Returned Good Authorization (RGA) number from a RemodelCenter.com representative. To obtain an RGA, please call us at 800-845-7999. Any items received without an RGA will be returned to sender. b. Item must arrive back in the manufacturer's original packaging with all accessories and in resalable condition. c. The customer bears the cost of shipping the item back to the location specified in the RGA instructions. This address may be different than the address from where we originally shipped the item. d. The return must be made within 30 days of receiving your product. After 30 days of receipt of merchandise, no returns or exchanges can be made.
