**BUYERS BEWARE** This piece of work is advertising RAK V2.0 when they only have RAKV1.5. I ordered and paid for one V2.0 on Sept. 28 and he conveniently contacted me 4 days after it was shipped to say that they sent me a V1.5 by mistake. If it was a mistake he would have a V2.0 to send me, HE DOES NOT. He is getting V2.0 prices for a V1.5 and he know's it. Know I got to wait for it to arrive so I can waist MY time sending it back to get my money back!!!! Unacceptable

Our sincerest apologies for the confusion. Our first 30 listings incorrectly listed the model number as V2 and not V1.5. We only have V1.5 As soon as we found out about this error, we revised the description of the listings to reflect this and contacted all buyers to inform them of this. Both versions have identical internal components except V15 has automated bluetooth functionality meaning We offered everyone who was affected by these incorrect listings a full refund or discount

Good customer service goes a LONG way. I was sent the incorrect item, seller addressed concerns and moved as quickly as reasonably expected to send the correct item with priority overnight shipping. The only negative was they made me pay for the return of the incorrect item instead of supplying a pre-paid label. Overall very helpful and a trustworthy seller. I will be buying more items from them and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others.

Do not buy from this seller!! He is listing items that don’t match what arrive. He is advertising version 2 Rak and actually delivering version 1.5. I called his phone number since he put a contact on his page to call in order to buy in bulk and called him out for this and he simply said oh the 1.5 is better then 2.0 that’s all my distributor had and it’s better. BS! he’s selling old versions and trying to scam people. If he wasn’t trying to scam people then he would change his title to say 1.5v
