By recycling and refurbishing all information technology components we feel that RTR is doing its part to minimize the negative effects created by the disposable mindset that seems to be prevalent in todays corporate environment. 99% of the computers we receive from our distributors are in 100% working condition. Why bring a new laptop into circulation when you can purchase a fully refurbished one from us that will do the same thing for a much lower price? And at the same time you will be helping the environment by decreasing the waste our society produces....one laptop at a time! RTR believes that while we may not be able to change the world, we can do our part to make it a better and greener place for us and our children. Technology is a beautiful thing, lets help to keep it and our world that way.

RTR accepts paypal payments only. If you have an exceptional circumstance you can contact us and we might be able to work out a payment via certified bank check.

RTR ships using UPS and United States Postal Service. Items will normally ship out 2 business days after payment is received.

RTR provides a 30 day limited warranty on all of our complete laptops unless otherwise stated. We are more than willing to work with you to resolve any issues you have. We will fix or replace any hardware defects that you find upon receipt of your item. We are not responsible for any software issues the customer may have. If you have issues connecting with the internet please contact your internet service provider. Used batteries are not covered by warranty.
