Made an offer on April 9, accepted and delivered on April 11. I paid a little less than when they first offered this panel. It was not a ridiculous low offer. Response was exceptional. No complaints. Panels are well packed. No communication except responded to my offer quickly, and delivered right away. I was surprised when I checked the listing and noticed that it had been delivered and sure enough , the panels were at my front door.

A good product. BUT when you advertise you will ship UPS and then ship via U S Mail it can cause problems when I do not receive mail at my physical address !!! I have a P O Box 18 miles away! I was lucky to track the package and noticed the item I ordered was coming via U S Mail and since I do not receive mail at my physical address, I had to notify my local postmaster to be on the lookout for it or it would have been sent back! At least notify me if you change your method of shipping !!!

Received today in fine shape, of course, at my Post Office, However, I will never again buy from a vendor that will not accept my PO Box # and then most usually ship via USPS anyway. This is absolutely bogus. Plus, they told me it would ship in 1 - 3 days and it didn't move from their ship partner for 5 days. I hope EBAY sees this feedback and responds to both the vendor and me. You would think that I would know the best way to ship to me. I was not allowed to just put my PO Box on the shipment.
