I’m leaving positive feedback for the great speed at which this was handled - however, I do want it noted that this item was listed as “new open box”, however when received it was plainly marked as “refurbished”. Smooth transaction, seller was easy to work with. box arrived very damaged but fortunately there doesn’t seem to be an issue with the product. We will find out in a few months when the baby starts using it. The product looked as described, and arrived promptly.
