U.S. primarily although I will consider shipping international. Shipping charges are based on distance form Southern California and are designed to cover my shipping costs plus the cost of packaging, etc. I try to be fair with these charges as I never have liked having to pay more than necessary when I purchase online. I use mostly USPS but will on also use UPS to ship bigger items.

If the item is not as I described then it is not a problem. Otherwise, most items are sold as is with no warranty expressed or implied.
