Retail Recycler was created in 2009 to help its customers avoid retail prices while still receiving high-quality, fully functional items.

We ship via USPS for most of our shipments. We offer First Class, Priority Mail, and Express Mail for our shipments. Please see our items for specific shipping prices.

We gladly accept returns within 14 days for any item that is non-functional upon arrival. We strive to list all pertinent information for our products. If you have a compatibility issue and we did not provide the correct information for the item, we will also allow a full refund. Otherwise, we do not offer refunds for incompatibilities. In the event of a returned item, we will issue a full refund as soon as the original product is returned to us and found to be non-functional if applicable. The buyer must contact us prior to returning any items so that we can process the refund properly. If an item is found to be defective or needs to be returned for any other reason, the buyer must notify Retail Recycler within 14 days of the arrival date. Returns will not be processed after an item has been delivered for more than 14 days.
