All of the cameras I restore are ready for immediate use, and film-tested to guarantee 100% proper function.
I first got into photography in the 1990s but set it aside for a career in engineering. Since retiring I have returned to my love of film photography, and I have been repairing vintage cameras and lenses, hundreds by now. I have done many things up to and including custom modifications and machining parts, but my core love is overhauling midcentury mechanical cameras—TLRs, rangefinders, folders, SLRs, and associated lenses (I really love mirror lenses). I love helping people put these beautiful machines to working use again, saving them from the trash and helping break the produce/consume/discard cycle.
