Initial order placed 12/18. Damaged item received on 12/26 and returned for exchange. Return delivered to seller on 1/5. Return accepted on 1/8 after message to seller to check on status. Replacement label not created until 1/16, not dropped until 1/19 after multiple messages to check on shipment. Item received on 1/27. Poor communication and slow handling times made for a 6-week hassle that required frequent check-ins from the buyer. Disappointing for an item purchased at a premium price.

Unfortunately, shipper damaged first item. They purchased another at the same time our area was hit by a massive snow/ice storm. We were without power/internet for a few days. We did everything we could to get this in despite the roads being unsafe and not having consistent access to internet. I would have preferred to refund item but buyer wanted it shipped. I drove 20 mins to drop it off in spotty condition. Unsure what we could have done better other than being safe and just forcing a refund,
