Item was as new in box as describe, however it was missing the charging cable which rendered the unit inoperable. I contacted the seller immediately if a replacement cable could be sent. Unfortunately, they did not have a cable but offered a small discount in exchange. Overall I am pleased with the transaction. Two star rating for having a missing parts, while the listing said New in Box, shipping cost and time were nominal. Seller communication to resolve issue was excellent. Would buy again.
