We ship primarily via UPS, but are flexible. Shipping charges are added to the cost of the item with discounts for multiple purchases. Insurance coverage is included in our shipping charge. Additional handling fees are applied when shipping outside the USA.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you find the item to be defective in any way, return the item to us within 30 days and we will refund your money or if possible, we will replace the item and pay to ship the replaced item to you. If a product is returned within 30 days that is not defective your money will be refunded less a 12% restocking fee. Shipping cost for returned items is the responsibility of the purchaser.
