All patterns come with complete step-by-step instructions for transferring the pattern to fabric and completing the stitchery project. We provide a complete but minimal supply list and a complete DMC item by item color listing. We also provide email assistance when requested to anyone in need of help. Beginners are always welcome!!!

I accept pay-pal, money orders and cashier checks.
Shipping information
Following payment received and E-Checks cleared~~Orders are shipped on Monday, Wednesday and Friday except for Holidays.
Return policy
Due to the nature of the sale, I no longer accept returns. Happily and gratefully, I can say that I never had returns anyway. This does not mean that I would not replace a pattern if needed due to any mistakes on my part in writing the pattern. Please email me!!

Changes to Ebay's Feedback System
I make every attempt to make my customers happy with their purchase! Recently, I was given neutral feedback from a customer with only 4 prior purchases at the time, that thought I was selling iron on transfers although it was not stated to be as such anywhere in the ad. Infact, had she read, she would have clearly understood that. She never wrote to me but left neutral feedback stating it wasn't what she thought it would be ruining the perfect 100% feedback that I worked so hard to achieve since I started with Ebay. Please be fair and contact me if you should have any problems before leaving neutral or negative feedback. Leaving neutral or negative feedback because you did not understand what you are buying is unfair to the seller as their product is not at fault but your lack of understanding because you did not read the ad or ask questions prior to purchase!!! Most of us are good, honest people who love making customers happy!!! Please give us that chance. Thank You! Rhonda
