I make every attempt to make my customers happy with their purchase! Recently, I was given neutral feedback from a customer with only 4 prior purchases at the time, that thought I was selling iron on transfers although it was not stated to be as such anywhere in the ad. Infact, had she read, she would have clearly understood that. She never wrote to me but left neutral feedback stating it wasn't what she thought it would be ruining the perfect 100% feedback that I worked so hard to achieve since I started with Ebay. Please be fair and contact me if you should have any problems before leaving neutral or negative feedback. Leaving neutral or negative feedback because you did not understand what you are buying is unfair to the seller as their product is not at fault but your lack of understanding because you did not read the ad or ask questions prior to purchase!!!
