Riders Choice Saddle Company is a second generation saddle maker. Through the early years our family was a source for saddle production for large distributors like Billy Cook, Circle Y, Big Horn, Southern Riding, JT International, Saddle King of Waco Texas, Jeffers Vet Supply, Chicks Supply, American Saddlery, Southern Saddlery, and many others. Providing many of America's largest saddle sellers with fine quality saddles. During the last ten years the market of western saddles has changed greatly with the heavy importation of saddles from outside the US. Many of these large companies, in order to stay competative with each other, choose to use saddle making companies in Mexico, India, and other countries for their source. Six years ago, we chose to start our own label, Riders Choice, and start selling saddles straight to the public. An American Made saddle, with quality American leather brought straight to you at the same price a distributor would pay before we place their name on it!

We accept major credit cards and checking transfers via paypal. We also accept Money orders, Cashiers checks via mail. We also work with customers on a layaway plan but you must call our shop to get the details before buying or bidding. International buyers are welcome. We accept paypal for internationals payments. We also accept money orders from Canada post and Australia post. We also accept western union.

All shipping rates are quoted in each auction. All saddles and pads are shipped to the 48 US using UPS only. Saddles and pads shipped to Hawaii, Alaska and any International country other than Canada are shipped United States Global Express. Saddles shipped to Canada are UPS and pads are US Global Express. We choose each of these methods because they are the most economic yet safe methods. WE Must have a tracking number with each shipment so we have to use UPS or Global Express via the USPS if any payment is made via Paypal.

We do have a return policy listed on each auction. Be sure to check the details on each auction. If you have a saddle that doesn't fit you or the horse please let us work with you to find one that does fit. This will save you the restock fee associated with a return for refund. Shipping charges WILL NOT be returned for any reason on any item sent back. ALL items must be returned within 7 days from the time that the tracking information says you received the item. The item must be like new. All refunds for money are subject to a restocking charge.
