Clocks & Picture Frames-Warranty Policy upon initial arrival of product: All orders are guaranteed to arrive without breakage. If upon delivery (and following the instructions for testing) the product does not light, please contact our Customer Service Department(customerservice@keepingtabsoftware.com))within 24 hours.A damage call tag will be issued with UPS for the pick up and return of the product for repair or replacement. UPS will pick up (within 72 hours) the damaged product for inspection and return the item to our warehouse after this routine inspection. Please allow 2-5 days to return the repaired, or a replacement,product. Warranty from 30 days to 1 year: All clocks & picture frames carry a one (1)year warranty from date of purchase. Warranty does not cover customer negligence or physical damage. The warranty is based on the product being returned for evaluation in the original box.Product not returned in its original packaging will null & void the original warranty.
