eBay My World: rkat44( 1993)

Hi there and welcome! I've been on eBay since 2000, mostly as a buyer. I have recently been selling, and have satisfied my customers by super fast deliveries. I have met some of the greatest people on eBay. It's easy to make friends here!

I sell nice ladies clothes-jeans, lingerie, dresses, and suits. Also baby clothes and toys, books (mostly romances), neat household items, jewelry, stuffed animals and dolls, and other special things I happen to find, that I think others would enjoy.

I buy clothes of all types, bunches of books, modern country CDs, shoes, health items, small furniture pieces, electronic items, dolls and stuffed animals, and anything related to cats or horses.

Books, especially a series by a particular author. I love trilogies. Middleton dolls or any doll that looks like a REAL baby that I can afford. Most of my wardrobe is bought on eBay. I love cats and horses, and buy many related pieces-from Breyer horses, to cats in any form-wooden, stuffed, etc. I have a very varied taste. You never know what will catch my eye!

I read extensively, babysit my grandaughter, workout on the treadmill, exercise bike, and use free weights. I spend a LOT of time on eBay-not sure if that's a hobby, or an addiction!

I read specific authors-Lindsay McKenna, Cherry Adair, Lori Foster, Catherine Anderson, Nora Roberts, and Merline Lovelace, etc. I like books about law enforcement, firefighters, miltary men, mysteries-(but nothing scary or graphic), modern romances (I used to read Regencies, but burned out.) Books about Drs. and hospitals-I was a nurse for 10 years. Single moms or dads, unexpected pregnancies, people who can't stand each other-but end up falling in love, heroes of any type, and love that overcomes all odds. It has to have a good plot though, or I lose interest.

I liked the Harry Potter series, the Star Wars series, the English Patient, Gladiator, Troy, Gods and Generals & Killer Angels, Friday Night Lights, Drumline, Ever After, The Prince and Me, Ella Enchanted, The Princess Bride, Sense and Sesibility, Vanity Fair, Lonesome Dove, Anna Karenina, anything with Hugh Grant, and Top Gun. Also Emma, Tom Jones, Fly Away Home, Seabiscuit, Black Beauty, Twister, Armaggedon, Titanic, Cassanova, and a Knight's Tale to name a few.

Toby Keith, Montgomery Gentry, Brooks and Dunn, Big and Rich, Josh Gracin, Tim McGraw, Dierks Bently, Keith Urban, Billy Currington, John Michael Montgomery, Sugarland, Sara Evans, Faith Hill, almost any contemporary country artist!

I don't watch much TV, but I do like Grey's Anatomy, American Idol, CSI, and Law and Order.

I'm a College graduate, majoring in Nursing. I worked Newborn Nursery for 10 years. I also took Cosmetology, sold make-up retail at Belk's, did Mary Kay for a few years. I've also done teaching, phonics, writing, and baby-sitting. I'm a professional Christmas tree decorator. I ride horseback western style whenever I get the chance, and would love to own another horse. I visit the NC mountains around the Boone, Blowing Rock, and Banner Elk area, and hope my husband and I can retire there. eBay is also a part-time job for me when I need extra spending money. I would also like to open an eBay store at some time in the future.

I only accept payPal. It is something I can count on, with no waiting for payment, and they're great about chasing down the occasional seller for non-payment to get your money back for you. I've only had 3 bad dealers, so far, in all my transactions on ebay using PayPal.
