I hate returns but if it's broken,lost in mail,etc. I will do all I can to help with a insurance claim. If it's the WRONG item or significantly not as described, that is the ONLY reason I will refund money, I am VERY adamint on this subject, this is an auction,we're all here for a great bargain,flea mkt's,garage sales,auctions,etc.as is as shown all sales final!!big store's return things because they make BIG PROFITS!! and sometimes they don't return sale items or close-out's,etc. I encourage questions and I take lot's of photo's but always offer to take MORE if needed, sorry for the rant, but it's become a recuring nightmare for a LOT of sellers as I see it all the time, no buyers remorse, please!
