Please make sure that your item is paid for within 7 days after the auction ends. We are all human and sometimes issues come up. If you are unable to make your payment within 7 days, please contact us to let us know that you need more time. Methods of Payment accepted are Paypal, Postal Money Orders, & Cashier's Checks, and Personal Checks if you contact me first. Items will be shipped out once payment has cleared, and personal checks are subject to a 10 day hold to make sure payment clears.

Honest combined shipping! You can feel confident to purchase multiple auctions and know that your shipping will be combined by weight. Contact me for a quote. We do not print postage online, so you will always see the amount that was paid for your shipping. Our packages are driven to the post office by us, and shipping costs are displayed directly on the package. We buy our own shipping supplies also. Most items will be shipped same day if payment is made before 2pm CST Monday through Thursday. From October to the end of January, any item paid for on a Friday or a weekend will be shipped out on Monday. International items that are shipped First Class will have to have insurance purchased on them. Insurance is purchased through DSI, a third party shipping insurance carrier, and will be $1.60 per $100. USPS Priority Mail International is the preferred method of International shipping.

Please ask any and all questions prior to bidding or buying. We will accept returns, but they must be pre-approved, and shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Original and return shipping charges cannot be refunded, so please know your measurements and be familiar with the brand you are interested in purchasing. Any item being returned that originally had Free Shipping will be subject to a mandatory 10% restocking fee to help recover original shipping charges.
