I am an honest person to which I believe I am ultimately answerable to and for my life (by God). If there is a problem with something I have sold, I want the buyer to contact me and try to resolve any issue. The one thing I can't stand is DISHONESTY!

Some things I buy to sell, some I have and no longer use. The profits I have made have helped to pay for college and now law school.

1)people that lie-they lie about when they shipped an item, they lie about why they were unable to communicate with you, they lie about the reason they are returning something. I even had 1 lady lie about not being able to ship my item because she was taking care of a sick husband--took too much time to ship and package my item but lo and behold she still had time to continue listing several other items for sale! I can understand being time crunched but if that's the case QUIT listing! A warning to the wise--don't lie to me because I will find you out...

I accept personal checks(on some items) but will wait 10 days until the check clears to send item. I also accept money orders(on some items) and once I receive it then the item will be shipped within 2-3 days. Of course you may use paypal but remember if you send me an e-check the money MUST be in your checking account for the echeck to clear. Don't bid on an item unless you intend on paying for it! I've had way too many non-paying bidders and bidders that want to play the game, and string me along like they are going to pay and then don't!

I ship- quickly but please allow 1-2 days for handling and packaging.

you may return something if it isn't as I described-LOOK at the pictures--I have a pretty good camera, ask questions. I will not pay for return shipping but will refund your cost IF returned within 7 days (that's in my hands)

I expect to receive payment within 10 days--that includes counting Saturdays and Sundays. That is a whole week and 3 days to either paypal me or drop off a check in the mail. I have found that the longer I wait the less likely I am to receive payment-then I have to relist and anyone who sells on ebay knows what an aggravation that is.
