Would still buy these.
1 of 1 found this helpful Excellent when you get one that still works ok, not as good a transmitter as an XTR3 but it works. Great when setup in a boombox and a remote is used, less stress on the xtr1 pushing buttons and removing the connector which is the first thing to go bad. Make the display as dim as you can to lower heat, shut of fm transmit if not using, lower unit heat will prolong its life.
