I Started Organized! by Romanic in March 2000, and I added Romanic's E-Store in May 2009 b/c my 2nd e-bay lady went out of business and I knew my organizing clients needed a way to sell some of their better stuff rather than just donating it. Your purchase here helps provide professional organizing services to people who have multiple sclerosis and are members of the MS Society of Maryland at 25% off the regular hourly rate. As a young person, I watched the father of a friend decline and eventually die from complications of MS. After he passed away, his only son took his own life. I watched MS take not one life but an entire family, and it broke my heart. I raised a lot of money for MS when I was younger by doing the MS Walk. Now, I install grab bars, raised toilet seats, lowered closet bars & cupboard pull-outs to make home safer and more accessible for people with MS. I ship w/in 3 to 5 days of cleared payment. I charge $1.00 or less for handling, and I only do that when ebay's system forces me to add a handling fee. Otherwise the price you see is what was set by the shipping company. I wish I could afford to offer free shipping, but I truly cannot afford to do that and support people with MS; I hope that Buyers will take into account the good things that are happening for people with MS when they give their feedback ratings. I need every buyer to provide 5 stars in all 4 areas of feedback. When even a single buyer provides 4 stars or lower, e-bay can block a seller from being able to sell their items. I want happy buyers. I will do whatever I can to make shopping Romanic's E-Store a positive experience for Buyers. Please just contact me if you have a question or concern about an item you purchased. I don't accept returns because many of the items that I sell are things that belong to my organizing clients, and they don't want the stuff coming back once they have decided to let it go. If you feel that something was mis-represented, please contact me before leaving feedback. I try very hard to make sure I describe items thoroughly and accurately,but I am human, and I sometimes make mistakes. Please just contact me with questions/concerns before leaving feedback.
