I had problems with the shipping of this item (ordered right before Christmas) and the seller took great care to make sure I received it. They responded to my message almost immediately and followed up with tracking info and expected delivery date. I am very happy and the item is even nicer in person than it looked in the picture. There was a problem in transport, not the sellers fault. The seller refunded the purchase price immediately, then two weeks later the item arrived. I wanted to reimburse the seller but the process was difficult, the seller allowed me to keep the item which was very generous, I still wish I could have paid for the item.
