Payment due within 7 days of auction's finish. I combine shipping on extra purchases if they will fit in the same box without damaging each other. The highest shipping cost is full price, and each extra item I can get in the same box is $2.00 off each shipping charge. I ship all shoes in boxes with tissue wrapping to protect your purchases. I use PayPal shipping in order to have a tracking number should your package be lost by the post office. This is also my proof I sent the package. Please do not report a package lost going overseas until 8 weeks have passed. To France, I only ship Global Priority mail-they lose things a lot.

I ship 6 days a week except holidays. My mailman leaves between 9 and 11 AM, so payments received after that time EST will be sent the next day. I highly recommend insuring your package! I am not responsible if the post office loses it. My PayPal tracking number is proof I sent it.

I accept returns if you find something wrong with the item that I have not described. Ask for measurements before bidding as I do not accept returns on items that don't fit. I answer most questions quickly except if it's the middle of the night!
