Do not buy this product if you want the real OSEA. This came from United Kingdom and the real company OSEA is based out of California. You will receive this product in a plastic bottle and a toxic smell. False advertising on the photo as the bottle is plastic. Returning to seller. Learned my first less on ebay to be more aware and make sure you look at the details on your product before buying. I have to bite the shipping back but that's okay. I learned.

Item is exactly as described, and arrived in a timely matter. I can literally turn this iron on, go grab a piece of fabric, and it is ready for me to iron with. 5 seconds if even that long!! My last iron took at least 2 minutes to get completely hot.
The only thing is, I wish it held a little more water. I do a LOT of ironing, and I am forever having to fill it. All irons have this issue, though. Great Seller! A++++++++++
