I've shipped countless caps in the past, always double bagging the item along with crumpled packing paper - yours included. Using 2 poly bags instead of 1 box helps minimize shipping costs for me, something that is offered to buyer's such as yourself for free. I've yet to receive a complaint that a buyer's cap arrived damaged, including you, so I will keep my shipping methods the same until I see the need to make a change. Thank you for your concern!
