Well, we liked going to garage sales, and finding bargains, and one day I thought, we have enough room in our home, why don't we start passing some of these finds to people thru ebay, we are always willing to negotiate our prices, and enjoy each and every contact with our buyers. We get gratification, when we are able to produce a 5 star ebay experience for our buyers, that is our main goal. We know we like to be happy with our purchases, and we know the same is true with our buyers.
Payment policy
Pay-Pal, we like to accept paypal for our customers have many many SAFE options to pay, their personal information is never disclosed to us, so they can be sure that their Credit Card information doesn't go beyond paypal. We like that. And personally we use paypal for all of our online purchases. It keeps us safe as well. Nowadays, you can't be too safe online.
Shipping information
Preferred: USPS Priority Mail (you get your item real fast using this option). We also offer USPS Parcel Post. Our policy states item will be shipped within 3 business days of cleared payment, yet our goal is to provide that the item be at the post office the next day of cleared payment. Knowing that things can come up, we place 3 day after cleared payment, we've had computers go down, printers act up when you least expect it, equipment failures will happen. So, we honestly like to get the item out the next day.
Return policy
Our stated return policy is that the buyer notify us within 3 business days of their intent to return the item, we are very flexible, we know people get busy and we would never want a unhappy customer, we will always give the buyer ultimate leeway. I've never forget when I ordered a item and it was delivered and I honestly forgot about it and found it 10 days later. I opened it and it was exactly what I wanted, so I know that if that happens to someone we sell to, and there was a problem, we would still take care of them. It's just good business.

Why is your Shipping and Handling lower than 4.9
We had a instance a buyer sent us a note in paypal to ship Priority, which we did because in that instance shipping Priority was cheaper than Parcel Post. We put the cost difference in the box with the item, customer received their item, we can only assume they gave us a 1 on the shipping and handling DSR as these are anonymous. We researched the situation, reread the note compared with the visible feedback left and realized the customer most likely intended to type ship 1st class which we would have done, customer could have contacted us about the issue, instead they graded us, when we figured out what happened, we refunded the complete shipping charge and notified the customer whom apologized stating they thought we were taking advantage of shipping, we don't have 1000 sales this hurt percentage wise it hurt very much. We sell a lot for charity this is what hurt the most. Without that particular event, we would have had very close to a 5 star. We do not take advantage of s/h.
Do you charge Exact Shipping and Handling
YES!!!! WE DO NOT CHARGE A handling charge, we have no need to, so we don't pass a handling charge to you. We get free boxes and free packing material. Exact shipping cost is a science, and the ebay calculator is almost always very very accurate, most times 99.9 percent accurate. Should you decide to purchase a item, and If there is a question about the shipping charge, please contact us before purchase and we will be happy to verify. In instances where actual shipping is more, we gladly take the loss, if it is less, we either refund thru paypal, or place the difference (if less than a dollar) in package. We ALWAYS make sure that we do not make a profit off of shipping. Let us be clear We are not selling on Ebay to make a profit on shipping. There is another rule we always abide by, when packing your item, there will ALWAYS be a minimum of 2 inches of packing around all sides of your object.
