Our new craft showroom in Hicksville, NY opened for business in 2006 after we moved our operations from Farmingdale, NY in 2005. The factory has been operating for over 50 years making garment trims, lace trims, spaghetti strapping, bias and straight cuts for material.

Currently through Ebay we only accept payment via PayPal.

Our shipping and handling fees are determined by the shipped weight of each item and destination. All rates are calculated by Ebay's shipping calculator when you enter your postal zip code or country. Items are prepared for shipment in our store, and include quality materials and professional packing services. Our handling fees are designed to cover these costs. Please make your payments via PayPal. Once payment is received we will forward an email with tracking number.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on cut goods such as tulle, laces, ribbons, trimmings, or any of our personalized items (these items are cut when order is placed). We will only honor a return or exchange on personalized items if it was printed incorrectly and is different from what the customer specifically requested on the order form.
