There was some confussion on the quantity of the items being sold. Was it a set of 4 or just one? In the end, I did received 4 lovely soup plates. i think the problem was the way Ebay describes items, but the communication was not good.

I purchased four china plates and paid for them immediately. The seller was unresponsive for three weeks so I contacted eBay. Suddenly I got a message that my order had shipped. The seller never replied to my messages. My plates just arrived all broken. They were put in a box with no padding except a styrofoam plate placed in between the four china plates. The seller must have been angry that I contacted eBay and made no effort to protect my plates during shipping. I will need a full refund.
