I have been eBaying off and on since May. Seems I am always coming across stuff that I have been hoarding for years: dishes, jewelry, dolls, records...you name it. Gotta' let some of these treasures go as I need the money more than the stuff.

Books, DVD's, old jewelry, nik-naks, stuff I bought on impulse and now realize I didn't need. Love old antique linens and porcelain, so you will see my stuff there, too. Odds and ends. Dolls.

Anything Hemingway. Danielle Steel because her writing is like cotton candy for the brain, so very comforting. Love Terry McMillan. Also, Sylvia Brown and other psychics. Just started a Ken Follett tomb...seems pretty interesting. Also all Oprah picks, she always seems to know the great books. Lots of anthologies, non-fiction. Some short story collections.

Reggae (Marley), piano, classical, oldies but goodies, Beatles, old soul music, new soul music, Dido, Celine Dion....

20/20, 48 Hours, Strong Medicine (when it was on!), Desperate Housewives (of course), Life Time movies (mindless as they are at times), Oprah, Brothers and Sisters, Army Wives...on and on.

You make your own. Might as well make the best of a bad sitch, hey, we all have them and we just gotta wade through the mud and try to catch our breath and inhale the sunshine. Happiness is like a bowl of icecream: You gotta lap it up, lick the spoon and not be afraid to eat more...screw the calories. Get fat, have fun, be Happy! That's all I am saying.

In Mortgages for too many years to mention, did a stint in advertising (talk about hard work), now I am a freelance writer and e-bay seller. Not poor, not rich, just hanging in there like most everyone else.
