Because J.T. Rothaar's understands that a buyer's package arriving safely is the responsibility of the seller, not the buyer, we NEVER ask our customers to pay extra for shipping insurance. We guarantee that your package will arrive safely -- or we'll refund your money or replace the item.
Return policy
Merchandise may be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery for a refund of your purchase price. Shipping & handling charges are nonrefundable unless the return is due to our error - i.e., the merchandise being damaged/defective, the incorrect item having been sent out.
In addition, if the return is due to our error, we will pay for return shipping; otherwise, the buyer pays return shipping.
