We use the local UPS Store Frequently to package and ship. Some Items may be downloadable, thereby avoiding shipping costs. Where practical and expedient, we will combine shipping and pass the savings on to you. Please advise us that you are intending to purchase multiple items, and we will hold your shipment if it appears that combining items would be economically viable. SHIPPING COSTS ARE ALWAYS NON-REFUNDABLE. We will offer you a choice of shipping, from inexpensive to FAST. We will always try to ship your item within 1 business day of your funds having cleared. Unless the auction listing specifically says AS IS, NO RETURNS, then our normal Return Policy shall apply. All items are tested before shipment, and we guarantee no DOAs. We will authorize a RETURN if you comply with our Return Policy. It requires you to notify us immediately upon receipt of your item if the shipping box appears to be damaged in any way that couild have hurt the contents. We may ask you to take digital photos of the carton and email them to us for evaluation, and to keep the box or boxes protected from further damage, destruction or loss. In this way you help us to recover the losses from the shipper. If the Return is Authorized, you may be required to send us all of the original packaging so we can convince the shipper to cover the loss.
