I post by 1st or 2nd Class recorded delivery mail, which offers up to £39 compensation for loss & damage. I would recommend that buyers of expensive items take out postage insurance. For UK postage this would mean using the Special Delivery service for those over £30. Please ask for costings.Failed delivery will incur additional postage to re-send the item.We arrive at our postal charges by taking the actual postage charge, and adding an amount usually between 50p and £1.00) to cover the cost of boxes, or envelopes, tissue paper, bubble wrap, tape etc. Packing does not come free.

I will only give refunds or accept returns if you believe that the item is not as I have described it. You must contact me within 3 days of receipt of the purchase. Pottery or Ceramic items are often handmade and they may have some minor imperfections that are part of their manufacturing process. I try to be accurate, in my descriptions but I may occasionally miss something. All items are described to the best of my knowledge, I am not an expert.
