Bird supplies & toys cannot be returned due to avian disease issues. Therefore we recommend the insurance option. Jewelry can be returned within 14 days for exchange or repair. Damaged or defective items must be reported to us within 48 hrs of receipt of merchandise with a photo. Merchandise credit will then be issued.
