We have been an eBay member since December of 2002, and have been selling full time on eBay since June of 2005. We are authorized dealers for Instep and Schwinn products, and have been since June of 2006.

PAYMENTS are required within 7 days of end of auction. We accept PayPal, Cashiers Check, Money Order, or pay by phone with credit card 1-877-MY-ROWDY. COMBINED SHIPPING: If you purchase multiple item from us, please request an invoice with your combined shipping discount, if you don't automatically receive one. INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS are required to use PAYPAL or pay by phone using a credit card, and please include your PHONE NUMBER for customs declaration.

We normally ship within 1 business day of receiving your payment, and often the same day.

You may return your item within 3 days of when it is delivered to you. New items must still be in new, unused condition for a full refund. Items purchased as used, must be in the same condition as when shipped to you for a full refund. Refunds are given for the amount of the merchandise only, and not for any shipping or duties/taxes/brokerage fees. You must notify us for return authorization by ebay message, email, or phone, before returning an item.
