I ship out everyday except Saturday and Sunday, overseas the post office requires 10 days for your items to arrive, so if your item come within the 10 days then that should be 5 star shipping, anything less then 10, it is not fair, but I guess a lower star rating will be given. I wish I could put some fire under the tushies of the people that ship the items, but I can not as that would be against the law....LOL
