Amazing
By using this magnesium oil on a regular basis I have been able to stop taking my ADD medication. After further research I have learned that there is a connection between "ADD" and magnesium deficiency. It takes some getting used to because it can burn a little when you first start using it and it's kind of sticky. However the health benefits far outweigh any of these inconveniences. Highly recommend this product, I use it daily!

Sturdy
I've had this bed now for several months and it is really sturdy. I added an Ikea mattress and I've been sleeping very well on it. It was easy to put together.

Thin Tape
This tape is not necessarily "good quality" although I rated it as such since it suits my purposes. It's very thin. I use it for catching attention that the product I am shipping is fragile. I would not recommend it for securing a box safely. If you are looking for packing tape then this is not the right tape.
