Item arrived in damaged packaging, once opened was hoping for item to be in tact but foot was broken , pictures were sent to seller asking for a replacement and return damaged item. Seller stated ships thousands of packages and that buyers do things like this intentionally, customer service was horrible she told me to file a claim with USPS or eBay, wasn’t apologetic or anything. She said just pop the foot back on , I refused to keep something broken ended up having to go through eBay 2 return

EVERYONE BLOCK " sjayeturner " Customer was immediately return was accepted yes we ship thousands a month every month and never seen bot crushed intentionally like this. Customer started acting like we accused them but at least EBAY and read all messages. Item was not broken customer pulled item apart for images after so called damaged item arrived and removed protector and ripped item out of box to take images customer is one everone should block!
