The (-) feedback I have is from sellers who retaliated because I dare to hold them accountable for misleading or dishonest descriptions, sloppy packing and shppng practices, or refusal to communicate about problem. I always make every effort at resolution. Eventually, I will leave (-)feedback when seller shows they are unwilling to resolve problem. I have had two successful Paypal disputes/claims where paypal's decision to rule in my favor was based on paypal's own investigation. The seller is still allowed to retaliate with (-) feedback!! OUTRAGIOUS!!! I have received 3 (-) as a buyer. Two were from transactions where I was granted a refund from Paypal after their investigation. One was where a seller claimed a banjo was in 'mint condition' and turned out to have a crack in the fingerboard. Seller refused to give me $200 to make the repair (or even to conpromise!) and suggested instead that I submit a fraudulent shipping insurance claim against UPS!! (which I didn't do).
